Chester Foundation Scholarship (formerly the Samuel Lewis and Lucia Beason Bell Foundation Scholarship)

This fund was established with a gift from the S. Lewis and Lucia B. Bell Foundation to provide financial assistance to needy and worthy students from Chester County wishing to attend York Technical College.

Criteria:

• Available to students from Chester County who are deemed by the college to need financial assistance for tuition and/or funds for expenses incurred by the student as a condition of attending the College (i.e. transportation, books, child care, and other expenses).
  and
• Students who have been recommended by their high school guidance counselor, high school principle, high school teacher, pastor, priest, employer, College faculty member or administrator, as a student worthy of the scholarship.
